The reservation of a room in Hotel Lesvion can be made either by email or by calling us and giving you telephone number. For guests coming from abroad or late arrivals, a deposit or credit card details are required. There is no charge for a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Your reservation will be cancelled in case of no deposit or late arrival than the time expected.
For group reservation, a deposit is required and for individual guests from travel agencies we ask for the room to be prepaid a day before the arrival. In a different case, the reservation will be cancelled.
Breakfast and mini-bar products have extra charges at the price of the room. Safety box, internet access, room service and babycot are free of charge.
Check-out time is on 12.00 noon and check-in time is after 12.15 pm. Departure at 18.00 has an extra charge of 1/2 at the price of the room, while after 18.00 a full-day payment is required.
Hotel Lesvion is not responsible for possible loss of items or money that haven't been reported to the reception desk.
Changing the sheets is in a 4-day basis and the towels are changed every day. In case of a guest's request, Hotel can change the sheets without any extra charge. Moreover, guests with cervical problems could ask at the reception desk for special anatomic pillows.
Pets and smoking are not permitted inside Hotel Lesvion.
Lost items that haven't been asked for 6 months will be prescribed.
