The ‘Olive Museum’, housed in the old communal olive press, is located in Agia Paraskevi, Lesvos, one of our island’s beautiful traditional villages. Today, with the historical equipment restored and accompanied by digital media, we see a presentation of the development of the machinery, with emphasis on the changes brought by the introduction of powered machinery into olive-oil production.
