Hotel Policy

Reservations

To make a reservation at our hotel, you can contact us by email or telephone, just giving us your number. Guests from abroad and evening arrivals are asked to make a one-day deposit or provide a credit card number. If the reservation is cancelled at least five (5) days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. If you have not made a deposit, the reservation is cancelled after your scheduled arrival time at the hotel.

For Groups

For groups, a deposit is requested following an agreement, and for individual clients of travel agencies full payment is made before arrival. Otherwise the reservation is cancelled.

Extras

Breakfast, products consumed from the mini-bar, and bicycles are charged extra on top of the room fee. Safety deposit boxes, room service, internet, extra pillows, irons and ironing boards, and baby-cots are provided free of charge.

Parking

The hotel has two parking spaces, which cannot be reserved.

Check-Out

Guests must check out of their rooms by 12:00 and arrive after 12:30. Guests who check out after 12:00 and before 18:00 are charged half the overnight fee, while those who check out after 18:00 are charged the full overnight fee.

Loss of property

The management and staff of the hotel bear no responsibility for the loss of personal items not registered at the reception desk. Lost items must be reclaimed within six (6) months.

Sheets

Sheets are changed every three (3) days, and towels are changed daily. If a change of sheets is requested sooner, no extra fee is charged.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

No smoking

Smoking is prohibited in common areas of the hotel.
